The V2E Group Inc is a consulting and services organization that helps its clients with four critical business elements: Vision, Strategy, Management and Execution. We provide services in a coordinated manner across three business disciplines, or "Practice Areas": Finance, Operations and Technology. Central to all our efforts is our Methodology, which sees Vision and Execution as the two ends of the spectrum of business activity (hence "V2E" standing for "Vision to Execution"). Strategy is viewed as key planning effort for business success which leads to a Management Framework to ensure that business success is realized on time, on budget and with the expected results. Bill Franklin (Founder/Partner) - Bill has a 24 year career as an operations and technology miracle worker. He has been in senior management of technology consulting companies as well as performed in multiple leadership roles such as Chief Technology Officer in companies ranging from a Search Marketing Agency to an Email Security Provider to a Women's Apparel Retailer. He's held senior operations positions in the military, government and civilian world. Bill has performed information technology audits of foreign governments for the World Bank as well as large public companies. Bill's authored four textbooks on UNIX and served as an adjunct faculty member of The George Washington University. Bill has retired from a distinguished Army Reserve Officer Career with awards including the Bronze Star and the Humanitarian Service Medal. Bill's personal motto imparted to staff: "Produce the results to make management and customers feel like you always seem to perform a miracle per day."
